Grupo Motta signed in mid-2019 an agreement with Banco de Alimentos, a non-profit NGO that contributes to reducing hunger, improving nutrition and avoiding food waste.
The agreement implies that when there are products certified by Senasa and are not commercialized, they can be distributed to different community organizations. The NGO began in 2000 in our country and has been working in Paraná for a year, focusing on the nutrition of the most vulnerable families. Based on the Donal Law, the joint effort implies avoiding waste and working on the Zero Hunger SDG, as one of its main goals.
