China, Russia, Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Vietnam, Brazil, Canada, Uruguay, South Africa, Peru and French Polynesia have something in common: they choose Argentine chicken<\/strong>. For more than 20 years Calisa<\/strong> exports its products to countries on all continents, with international qualifications and certifications.

In their plants they work under the standards BMP (<\/strong>Good Manufacturing Practices) that involve personnel, infrastructure, facilities and equipment, maintenance and distribution.<\/p>\n

Production is carried out under the system\u00a0HACCP<\/strong>\u00a0that regulates and gives greater confidence to food safety in all its production processes. The plant is authorized for the European Union, Canada, China, Chile, Russia, among other countries. The certification BRC<\/strong>, global standard for food safety and international clearance HALAL <\/strong>allow marketing in the Islamic market.<\/p>\n

Finally, it works in compliance with the Animal Welfare of the birds, in all stages under the guidelines of the European Union and the National Chicken Council of the United States.<\/p>\n

The commercialization of whole chicken, hens, wings, giblets, carcasses, filet, breasts, skin, flour and products of great added value cooked and frozen, from Entre R\u00edos to the world, make Calisa<\/strong> in the great exponent of the Argentine poultry industry.<\/p>\n
